 There is a New York Times best selling book on the market right now called The Millionaire Real Estate Investor.  I highly recommend this book to anyone that would like to become a million dollar real estate investor.  Throughout the year in the Chicago area, there are Millionaire real estate investor classes.  Come back to this site and look for a link to future classes.  These classes are free to investors that are ready to move forward in their investing career.   This 8 week course is  2 hours per class in length.  You must be able to invest the time in order to reap great benefits of this course.
